2011 in review
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
The concert hall at the Syndey Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 26,000 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 10 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
業主大會，一票否決
開業主大會討論大維修。原本好簡單，通過表決做那些工程項目，選擇工程公司，分期付款方法等。點知第一個議程便被否決！新鴻基係大業主，業權份數佔約1800份。集合在場約200位業主才1670份。一票就否決咗。下次除非集合更多的小業主，業權份數比新鴻基更多，才可以通過維修工程。
中國，還是有很多好人的
去深圳宜家傢私，經落馬洲口岸過關，坐巴士到世界之窗轉巴士。 世界之窗去宜家時，見到巴士便跑上去。車資¥1。身上有¥100、¥50、¥10、¥0.5、¥0.1紙幣，就係冇¥1。向乘客請求把¥10換成零錢。第一位小姐沒有，轉身想問第二位，還沒開口，她便給我¥1。是給我！她沒說甚麼，沒有黑面口，係笑面，予人方便自己方便。我不知說甚麼好，只有躹躬感謝她。中國，還是有很多好人的。
